Alexa won her class spelling bee and had the opportunity to go for the school championship, from there going on to district and then state and on and on. It was kind of a big deal. She was excited she got to this point, however didn’t win the overall school bee. She did well though and we are proud of her. 
It’s been a whole month since I have posed and that is all due to the whirlwind of a December!! Whit parties, recitals, performances, ceremonies, and kids home from school the time goes by very quickly. So this will be a quick summary of some of our December events…
Alexa had her Christmas recital and did great! She is really getting fantastic at her violin!
Cody had preschool parties and programs. He did very well singing his songs for all of the parents and families.
Paige also had ballet recitals, but due to not letting cameras into the performance her good ol’ mom did not capture her glorious moment of film. :(
The kids had a nice winter break home and enjoyed each others company very much.
Christmas and New Years came with great gifts and fun times for all!!

Now the New Year is here and we are excited to see what adventures await us in 2011. We wish you all the greatest year yet!
