Lately we have had a lot of rain and the kids are having a great time finding lots of toads, snails, lizards, and whatever else comes around and they are ending up in my kitchen!!! Not my favorite thing, but the latest find was a particular favorite to them and stayed around a while until I finally convinced them to let him go…

He was very cool. We found him in our window well one day and kept him around for a while. My mom got a little irritated when I moved him onto the dinner table :)
